The annex is well appointed and is on two floors, it is a self catering unit with all the necessary ingredients to give it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The ground floor is open plan containing lounge, dining and kitchen the upper floor is accessed by open stairs to the bedroom and on suite facility .

The property is in an elevated position above Risca with good views across the valley, it is within 2 minute walk of the Crumlin Arm (Monmouth & Brecon canal) 5 minutes walk to train link,(Cardiff to Ebbw Vale), 5 to 10 minutes to Risca & Pontymister. There are many walking routes available from the premises with numerous tourist attractions within a short distance. See website for further details.
