Our social enterprise provides training in compassion-based Mindfulness -which are secular techniques designed to help people feel calmer and clinically proven to reduce stress.

Mindfulness helps you 'be in the present moment' and not be distracted by thoughts of the past or worried about the future. We offer mindfulness training to businesses, community groups and individuals. We regularly run 8-week mindfulness courses for individuals in our mindfulness and wellbeing centre in Caerphilly. In addition, we have delivered mindfulness training for organisations such as Foster Care Associates, Tai Esgyn Housing and Gwent Probation Services. Our centre is based in Caerphilly and also offers complementary therapies such as Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and seated back massage as well as psychotherapy and counselling services.

Our centre has a tea room where you can relax with views of Caerphilly castle and have a very cheap cup of tea and buy a book from our 2nd-hand book stall. We are ideally located in Caerphilly town centre, next to Hansford & Stevens opticians and 50 yards from the Visitor Centre.
