Join a local wildlife expert to explore the varied habitat of this lovely forest and woodland area. We will be looking for crossbills, siskin, warblers and other birds.

Meet at the Forestry Commission car park at the end of Van Road just past the turning for Pesci scrap yard.

Learn how and why they come here to breed and how to identify them. We will also look for wildlife of interest and you will learn about the history of the area covering millions of years.
