Cwmcarn Forest Drive Visitor Centre & Campsite

This spectacular 7 mile forest drive is set amongst rolling hills and green forests with 7 car parks to stop at.

At the foot of the forest drive is the brand new Visitor Centre, which always has a warm welcome for you. You can find information on walks, cycling activities and other things to do in the area. There is also a gift shop and a cafe with outdoor decking area.

Nestling alongside the banks of the Nantcarn stream is the 3 star rated Cwmcarn Forest Drive. Accommodation is available for up to 27 caravans or tents.

Times: Forest Drive: March & October 11am - 5pm, April - August - 11am - 7pm, (Jul & Aug til 9pm weekends), September - 11am - 6pm, November 11am - 4pm w/ends, weather permitting (call before visiting).

Visitor Centre: October to Easter: 9am - 5pm Sunday - Thursday, 9am - 4.30pm Friday. Easter to October: 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 9am - 6pm Friday - Sunday.

* Please note that the forest drive will be closed due to essential road maintenance on 18th February 2009.*
