Caerphilly County Borough Council and Blackwood Town Council are pleased to announce that Blackwood Beach Party is coming to town! On Saturday 28th June, Blackwood High Street, NP12 1AH, will be transformed into an urban beach party with plentiful sand, deckchairs and buckets and spades to keep the whole family entertained. A number of funfair rides will bring life to the one end of the high street with stalls, attractions and a giant beach taking over the other end! Blackwood Town Council will also be arranging their feature stage with a full entertainment programme all day incorporating local singers, bands and dance acts.
Blackwood Town Centre will be a hive of activity, boosting footfall to the local retailers and hospitality venues so please get the date in the diary!
This event is funded by Blackwood Town Council and organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Public parking, including disabled bays, is available at the following locations:
- High Street Car Park, NP12 1AH (pay-and-display)
- Thorncombe Road 2, NP12 1AW (pay-and-display)

- Blackwood Shopping Centre, NP12 1DG (pay-and-display)
- Woodbine Road, NP12 1AE (pay-and-display)
- Wesley Road, NP12 1PP (pay-and-display)
❗️ Free parking is available at Blackwood Retail Park, NP12 0NT, however this car park is designated for customers of the retail park and has a maximum stay of 2 hours.

Public Transport
Blackwood Bus Station is serviced by buses travelling towards and from: Abertillery, Bargoed, Cardiff, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontypridd, Tredegar, Ystrad Mynach and others.
