  • Walks during the week include a local canal discovery walk, a nature and geocaching session and an assisted Twmbarlwm ascent.

David Llewellyn, leader of the Integrated Wellbeing Network from Aneurin Bevan Health Board, is one of the team that has brought the festival together. “There are many things available in Risca to support the health and well-being of the community. As a network of partners in the area who work on this, we want to showcase those, but we have added many more to give the whole week a festive feel and hopefully encourage even more activities to develop in the area. ”
