BBC’s Antiques Roadshow is coming to Caerphilly Castle on Saturday 18th July!<\/p>\n

“The Antiques Roadshow\u00a0<\/b>is back recording around the UK with some of Britain’s leading antiques and fine arts specialists. We\u2019re excited to be bringing the Roadshow to\u00a0Caerphilly Castle in South Wales<\/b>\u00a0this year. On the day of Roadshow recordings, the specialists are on hand to offer free advice and valuations to visitors who are invited to raid their attics and bring along their family heirlooms, household treasures and car boot bargains for inspection.<\/p>\n

Ticketing Procedure:<\/b>
\nYou must have a ticket to attend the Antiques Roadshow this year as we are limiting the numbers in attendance. Successful applicants will receive their tickets 4 weeks ahead of the event date. In the event that we are over-subscribed, we reserve the right to allocate tickets on a selective basis.<\/p>\n

You can choose from a morning or afternoon arrival time, session times are hourly and once on site you may stay at the Roadshow for as long as you wish.<\/p>\n

We welcome people of all ages to the Antiques Roadshow, however please note anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Children under the age of 8 do not require a ticket.<\/p>\n

Antiques Roadshow is continually monitoring the latest government advice around public events.<\/p>\n

To help minimise the spread of coronavirus we ask that you do not attend the venue if you begin to develop any of the symptoms of coronavirus or if you have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus. If you have registered for additional tickets on behalf of your friends and family, we ask that you also let them know to stay at home if they need to.<\/p>\n

In the event that the government guidance for productions changes, Lost In TV will communicate any updates to successful ticket holders.<\/p>\n

What to expect on the day:<\/b>
\nThere will be plenty to see on the day, and we\u2019d encourage you to make a day of it, seeing some of our filming in progress, and soak up the Roadshow atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Refreshments will be available to buy on the day, but you\u2019re also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the event day we\u2019ll send out a more detailed FAQ document with information about everything to expect at the Antiques Roadshow. This will include guidance on each venue’s policy on bringing dogs, parking arrangements, public transport, and accessibility.<\/p>\n

WHEN:
\nSaturday 18th July 2026 – entry times at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and 4:00pm.<\/p>\n

On arrival at at the venue there will be security controls in place and we advise arriving early to take into account bag searches and ticket checks.<\/p>\n

There has been unprecedented demand for tickets for this event and unfortunately we have now closed ticketing requests.<\/p>\n

However, we would encourage you to share information about of any of the special items you intended to bring using the \u2018Share Your Story\u2019 link on the BBC Antiques Roadshow website. The team will be reviewing submissions from the public and pre-selecting some items for filming.<\/p>\n
