Ki Health Events & Activities

Ki Health allows you to actively practice yoga whilst benefiting from linking in with the fantastic venues on offer in the county borough.

There are also combined events with Caerphilly Nordic Walking.

Yoga aids with sleeping and relaxation, but it also has many other benefits, such as: flexibility in the joints, reduce stress levels, reduce high blood pressure, strengthening muscles, toning up muscles, detoxifying the body of stress hormones and massaging internal organs to release toxins, built up over the years. It also aids the reduction of rheumatism, reduces back pain, reduces Alzheimer’s and improves wellbeing thoroughly.

For attending a class, you need to bring a mat and water, although I do have spare mats. Please wear loose clothing and turn up ten minutes earlier to fill in a health form.
