Bargoed Summer Festival Music 2024

A brand-new event is coming to Bargoed town centre this summer! Bargoed town centre will become Caerphilly County Borough’s hottest new music venue this July with the very first Bargoed Summer Music Festival!
With multiple music stages throughout the town centre and plenty of food and drink stalls, this brand-new event will be the perfect way to relax and have some fun in the sun!

This event is funded by Bargoed Town Council and organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Parking and Transport
Parking
Free public parking is available at the following car parks:
- Hanbury Road Car Park, CF81 8QR (access via Angel Way)
- Bargoed Gateway Car Park, CF81 8RE (access via Angel Way)
- Morrisons Car Park (Access via Angel Way, limited time and allocated to Morrisons customers only), CF81 8NX
- Bargoed Park and Ride, CF81 8QZ
- Bristol Terrace, CF81 8RF

Public Transport
Bargoed Train Station and Bargoed Bus Station are located close to the High Street end of the event site.
- Bargoed Train Station is located on the Rhymney line, and trains run every 15 minutes towards and from Cardiff, and hourly from and towards Rhymney.
- Bargoed Bus Interchange is serviced by buses travelling towards and from: Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly, Blackwood, Pontypridd and Newport.
Bike Racks
Bike racks can be found in the following areas of Bargoed Town Centre:
- Adjacent to Bargoed Bus Station, CF81 8QZ
- Outside Iceland and JobCentrePlus, Lowry Plaza, CF81 8NX.
