Celebrate Christmas and help close out our 2024 events programme in style with the BRAND NEW Music and Light Lantern Parade in Bargoed Town Centre on Saturday 7th December - alongside the Bargoed Winter Food & Craft Fair! The parade is free to enter and will take place from 5pm. This event is jointly funded by Caerphilly County Borough Council and Bargoed Town Council, and organised by Caerphilly County Borough Council. Be sure to come along to our FREE Bargoed Lantern-Making Workshops in St Gwladys' Church Hall on Saturday 23rd November, Saturday 30th November and Saturday 7th December and make your own luxurious lanterns in preparation for the parade! (Please note: attending the workshops is NOT a requirement to take part in the parade.)Parade Map
The Music and Light Lantern Parade will start in the Emporium car park, before making its way through Bargoed high street, and finishing at Hanbury Square!
