Operation Santa aims to provide presents to those nominated by their social workers.

Come along to Caerphilly Library to post a letter to Father Christmas!
Children will receive a gift-wrapped library book to borrow for the festive season!
There will also be a treasure hunt, puzzles, colouring-in sheets and LEGO to play with too.
Caerphilly Library will provide a special stamp and enveope, plus each child will receive their own elf receipt as proof of postage!
FREE to take part – you just need a library card!
The Elf Post Office will be open daily from Friday 21st November until Saturday 20th December 2025.
