The scheme which ended on 31st August, offered members of the public 50% off their food bill up to £10pp. ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ was a huge success throughout the whole of the UK encouraging visitors back into our hospitality and tourism outlets; with the Government reimbursing the loss of revenue. Indoor seating areas at supporting venues were mainly full to permitted capacity from Monday to Wednesday throughout August, with diners being turned away.
