Aviary is a 1920’s themed cocktail bar and restaurant in Caerphilly, nestled right in the town centre. They offer beautifully handcrafted cocktails, with flavours from all around the world and a great selection of cakes and coffees too.
With the business taking shape before lockdown of 2019, the grand opening was postponed for a little while – but this didn’t stop them from launching in a different way! Aviary offered cocktail deliveries until their official grand opening on 14th August 2020.
Owned and run by Calvin Evans and his team, Aviary is blossoming into something great and is proving to be a popular spot to visit in Caerphilly, prompting them to cast their minds to the future and expansion. With an upper level available, Aviary is currently renovating this area into a fantastic restaurant “The Eatery at Aviary” that is sure to be a great place to grab brunch, lunch and evening meals.
With a newly awarded 5 star food hygiene rating, Aviary will start serving delicious afternoon tea, small plates and lunch in the next few weeks!
