National Anthem Singalong

Wales is known as the Land of Song, and so what would The Big Welsh Festival be without a singalong?
Help us fill Blackwood with the sound of music as we look to gather as many people as possible for a rendition of the Welsh national anthem!
The singalong will take place at midday outside the old Argos building during the event on Saturday 28th February!
Bring your friends, bring your family, and let’s do Wales proud!
Stall List

Over 40 Welsh traders selling delicious food and unique crafts as well as a few information stands. Enjoy delicious Welsh cakes and sample a tipple or two from the spirits and cider sellers! Pick up some unique craft gifts for family and friends or why not treat yourself!

The Sensory Sanctuary

We know that crowds and lots of noise can be overwhelming for some people, so our Sensory Sanctuary will be available at our town centre events for those with autism and other neurodivergence needs, or anyone who needs to take a break.
At The Big Welsh Festival, you’ll find the quiet space at Blackwood Town Council’s office space, located on Gravel Lane, between 9am and 5pm.
